We collect information you give us directly. That includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, and how you heard about us when you submit a form on this site. It includes the information you share during a discovery call, such as your industry, entity count, states of operation, transaction volume, and the number of bank accounts, credit cards and loans you carry.
If you become a client, we also receive financial records you or your institutions provide so we can perform bookkeeping services. That can include bank and credit card transaction data, statements, invoices, receipts, and payroll figures.
We collect standard technical data when you visit this site, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct discovery calls, prepare quotes and service agreements, deliver bookkeeping services, send account and service notifications, invoice you, and improve how we operate. With your separate consent, we send occasional promotional messages about our services.

We keep client financial records for as long as we provide services and afterward for the period required by applicable tax and recordkeeping rules. We keep prospect information until you ask us to delete it or until it is no longer useful to us.
