These terms govern your use of this website and any communications you receive from Trusted Numbers LLC. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to them. If you become a client, the signed service agreement between us governs the services themselves, and it controls if anything here conflicts with it.
Trusted Numbers LLC provides bookkeeping services to small businesses. We do not provide tax advice, audit services, legal advice, or investment advice, and we do not file tax returns unless you engage us separately in writing to do so. Nothing on this site is tax, legal, or financial advice.
By checking a consent box on a form on this site, you agree to receive text messages from Trusted Numbers LLC at the phone number you provided, sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We use two separate consent categories. Informational and transactional messages include discovery call confirmations and reminders, requests for missing bank statements or receipts, onboarding steps, and notice that your monthly financial package is ready. Promotional messages include occasional service updates and offers. You choose each independently.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to give it to us. If you provide a phone number, you confirm it is yours or that you are authorized to consent on behalf of the person it belongs to. You agree not to use this site to break the law or to interfere with its operation.
Fees for services are set out in your signed service agreement. Recurring fees are billed monthly in advance. One-time items are billed on completion. Terms of cancellation and refunds are stated in that agreement.
The content on this site, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Trusted Numbers LLC. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
This site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Trusted Numbers LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our communications. Our total liability related to this site is limited to one hundred dollars.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
This site and our services are intended for business owners who are 18 years of age or older. You must be at least 18 to use this site, submit a form, request a quote, or consent to receive text messages from us. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we delete it.
